Philly Mushrooms

Roasted flat mushrooms filled with cream cheese, spring onion, chives and topped with crunchy golden breadcrumbs.
Prawn Cocktail Sundae

Chilled prawns on a bed of crisp iceberg lettuce, topped with a tangy seafood sauce. Served with brown bread and butter.
Beef and Stilton Crockpot

Slow cooked beef, roasted whole shallots and baby new potatoes in a light white Stilton sauce flavoured with white wine and cream.
Chicken Parmesan Burger

Crispy battered chicken fillets topped with Parmesan cheese in a floured bun with mixed leaves. Served with chips, coleslaw and a Caesar dressing.
Vegetable Chilli and Polenta Bake

Chunky vegetable chilli with courgettes and beans topped with two herby polenta cakes. Served with garlic bread and a side salad.
Camembert with Cranberry Salad

An individual Camembert cheese with a cranberry sauce.
Summer Fruit Crumble

A compote of summer fruits, topped with a golden butter crumble and toasted coconut.
Lemon Bakewell

A twist on the traditional Bakewell. Sweet pastry filled with a tangy lemon curd, topped with a lemon and almond frangipane and finished with a tangy lemon drizzle.

About Us

The Whittington is a majestic Grade I listed building, making it a truly historic public house. On entering you will pass the original 14th century door and walk through into a hallway made up of oak beams and archways. The variety of rooms, cosy snugs and old passages steeped in history mean that you are transported back to a bygone era when enjoying our delicious pub food or drink. With our function room we cater for a variety of private parties and banqueting from weddings to business meetings, and our highly skilled management team are always on hand to assist you with arrangements. Being located on the busy A449 in Kinver also means that we’re easily located so why not come and see what the Whittington Inn has to offer.

Function Rooms

As we hold a full wedding licence we can cater for both your ceremony and your reception. We are able to accommodate up to 50 guests for your ceremony in our Needham Room. Please call us for full details.
